With over sixteen years of experience as a General Manager and Licensed Community Association Manager, Lisa Singer brings a strong background in community operations, leadership, and relationship-focused management to Opus Property Management Group.

Lisa has successfully managed a diverse range of condominium and HOA communities, including luxury high-rise residences, beachfront properties, and complex community associations. She takes pride in developing strong relationships with Owners, Residents, Board Members, Staff, Vendors, and Contractors through communication, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Her progressive management experience includes community operations, vendor management, project coordination, staff leadership, and strategic problem-solving. Lisa has a proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement, implement effective solutions, and reduce costs while enhancing the quality of services provided to the communities she serves.

Stephanie Kaufman brings more than 25 years of executive accounting, financial management, and operational leadership experience to Opus Property Management Group. Throughout her career as a Corporate Controller, she has successfully overseen complex financial operations, developed robust internal controls, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, analyzed financial performance, and provided strategic leadership that supports long-term organizational success.

Her extensive corporate background includes expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, vendor negotiations, accounts payable and receivable oversight, financial reporting, treasury management, and process improvement initiatives designed to increase operational efficiency while safeguarding organizational assets.

At Opus Property Management Group, Stephanie applies the same disciplined financial oversight and strategic approach to every community she serves. She is committed to providing Boards of Directors with accurate financial reporting, transparent communication, responsible stewardship of association funds, and sound financial guidance that supports informed decision-making.
